The app pools all the travel sites like priceline and brings up the best prices! Works great!
Really like the ability to check prices on various sites. Prices can range a lot. Found a great deal on a good hotel in Negril. Been to Negril a few times and Trivago lists a lot of them. Only problem is that some hotel names & pics arent correct, but corrects when you go to the booking site.
I downloaded this app as a yet and it instantly showed me every hotel room in my area and all the prices of them. I am defiantly keeping this app and using it when I travel from now on. Thanks triviago
Great app for booking hotels- just as useful as the website. Search filters are very helpful. Some things need improving, such as hotels which are fully booked do not get removed instantly when it happens- same as on the website but they eventually go away. Also the search button says "Suchen" although its only a small issue since its easy to guess that it is the search button!
I decided to book a room last minute in Victoria, BC. Used the App and found a great price for a suite near downtown. I booked and paid online - no issue at the front desk, they handed me the keys and gave me a pass for secure parking! Hotel has next to perfect and the location was amazing. Beautiful room; great pool; helpful staff. We had three kids along with us and it was no problem!
I downloaded this app because of the tv ad(s) Ive seen for Trivago. I thought at first it would be bogus but it actually does the job. I selected my dates and preferences and voila, I got several hotel options for my choice, of all different prices. I found a great 45% off deal for my preferred hotel choice brought in part by a 3rd party booking site and I knew I was sold. I like trivagos easy to use layout. Folks give it a try.

Some bad moments

I open it, and whatever I search, I get a "Ooopsss an error occurred...." message.
When I opened this app, the app said that there was an error. Whatever I do the app said the same thing! Dont download it. But you can download the application: "Hotel". Hotel is a good app where you can search for good hotel without error:)
One of the worse booking apps I have ever used. Locks up. Looks messy. Confusing. Poor graphics. Very frustrating. Dont understand their website is good. Look up rooms on their site. App is just bad.
Hardly has any hotels. Stick with Expedia... This app is garbage
This application is completely useless outside some Eurozone countries. A complete waste of time. Promised results were never delivered. Buggy and amateurish.
Overall I can see this app being good and resourceful. Right now can search for a city at a time. Then take a hour break and try again.
