trivago: Compare hotel prices App Reviews

Im trying to search for rooms for 3 people and it only gives the option for 1 or 2 travellers. Bit frustrating. Otherwise, not a bad app! If it wasnt for this issue, I would rate higher.

Cannot open it !!!

Great app for booking hotels- just as useful as the website. Search filters are very helpful. Some things need improving, such as hotels which are fully booked do not get removed instantly when it happens- same as on the website but they eventually go away. Also the search button says "Suchen" although its only a small issue since its easy to guess that it is the search button!

App is terrible and crashes all the time. Cant stand the commercials they keep over playing with the dirty homeless guy either.

I decided to book a room last minute in Victoria, BC. Used the App and found a great price for a suite near downtown. I booked and paid online - no issue at the front desk, they handed me the keys and gave me a pass for secure parking! Hotel has next to perfect and the location was amazing. Beautiful room; great pool; helpful staff. We had three kids along with us and it was no problem!

Ive been comparing this application with my other hotel booking application and the other app find the best prices. It also have a bigger hotel database that Trivago. Also, how can you make an app without changing the search button language, which is "Suchen" in an language? I wouldnt recommand this booking service, except if you want to pay maximum price on a hotel room.

I downloaded this app because of the tv ad(s) Ive seen for Trivago. I thought at first it would be bogus but it actually does the job. I selected my dates and preferences and voila, I got several hotel options for my choice, of all different prices. I found a great 45% off deal for my preferred hotel choice brought in part by a 3rd party booking site and I knew I was sold. I like trivagos easy to use layout. Folks give it a try.

I downloaded this to get free stuff for a game and it turned out to be really useful. Its practice and efficient. Seriously, try it - youll see.

Great app but please add gym/fitness center to the filter list.

At a first glance thought that the site is good, providing info from various sites, but end up finding that choice is very limited, prices are skyrocketing comparing to the real situation. A very not recommended to look for places to stay unless wanting to pay 30% more for a stay. Call directly to hotels.

Not working display issue in IOS9

Terrible app. Need to fix so you can search dates. Lots of other hotel apps out there. Sorry Trivago, missed the boat on this one.

Unable to change the date of travel.!

This app is useless, I cant select the dates I need a hotel.

Just like other sites, this used to be awesome. Then, it got popular and added stuff like "what else do you want to do in the city", or "lets take you to the Wyndam site". I just want a room! Click, click, done!! Go back to your roots, Trivago. Goodbye

When I enter the city in the search, nothing happens at all.

App like that need to be practical and easy to use.

Despite their constant TV adverts when tested against other apps it had many, many hotels missing from my home town. TripAdvisor was by far the best showing far more hotels and bargains.
