trivago: Compare hotel prices App Reviews

N glad one of my New Year Resolutions was to read reviews and do my research before purchasing or entering your information. I didnt download the app because it already looks suspicious but I feel so bad for the others who did use the app. I know times are hard and frustrating sometimes but its the same for us and our money. Make your hacking useful; help the world or the rest of us get some money. Geez.

I was way over charged for my last booking through this trivago app. The customer service dept gave me a small refund after long arguments with the dept. the hotel made no attempt to help either and was told that the trivago company was responsible for the transaction. Put a huge negative feeling inme and my travel guests. It was my last ever booking through this company.. My only way to assure you cant do this to me again. Good bye forever 0 stars would be more appropriate. Completely unsatisfactory

Gives no results, just errors

Once I get to the page showing the list of hotels in the requested location, there is no exit? Needs close, cancel, back to main page, some way to get back to start.

Have been unable to update Trivago. Please advise!

Kayak and hotels.com both came back with lower prices for the same hotel. If it doesnt work the first time as advertised - it gets a trip to the round file.

very easy to use, love the filters and the new design. highly recommended if you want to have multiple prices in the same place!

I travel with a dog so the first thing I tried was to search for hotels that allow pets. I clicked on the pet icon and then searched. I tried 5 hotels that were in the resulting search and none allowed pets.

This app rocks! I love the time it saves me searching for a hotel deal in one place.

App downloads in Spanish and I cant find a setting to change it!!!!

Add the arabic language

Trying to book a hotel in the US and lucky my credit card was declined because it was trying to use a booking service in Spain!
