trivago: Compare hotel prices App Reviews

Wouldnt it be important that one could select the dates of arrival and departure? Cant do that with this version. Get your act together Trivago!

Cant edit dates. Can only find hotels for the current date. Worthless.

This worked great until I updated to IOS 9. The calendar where you are supposed to select your dates does not come up. I tried deleting and reinstalling and it still wont work. Pretty surprising, the new operating system wasnt exactly a surprise to anyone.

The new update made the app not usable

I used this app about a week ago to reserve a hotel and it worked great. Updated to iOS9 and now none of the content displays correctly. Update your app so I can use it again.

The search bar would have some random city or current location to find a hotel in my hometown for current date. Not cool. Ive used it before with no problem. Hope they fix it soon.

Come on. Apple is a large enough platform that Trivago should anticipate issues related to updates. I had used Trivago, but now, I dont know.

I just downloaded this app after seeing one of their TV ads...only to find out it doesnt allow you to select dates. I couldnt help but laugh as I thought what a complete waste of advertising dollars and a great example of how advertising can create exponential harm to your brand if you have a broken product. Somebody should be fired over this. I will continue to use Kayak and will never consider Trivago again.

Junk - absolute junk! Used Trivago to book a room while in Las Vegas on business. Got to the hotel and they could not find my reservation - spent the better part of an hour online chatting with this company on my phone BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL - are you kidding me??? I spend 140+ nights/year in hotels on business - this service is a joke!!!

Always finds me the lowest rates and great deals!

Deleted it after 5 minutes. Could not get it to change dates

Horrible. Shows open update in app update but wont update or open.

Fraudulent app charged credit card did not book room.

They charged my credit card but never get my room booked. It is a fraud application be careful.

What people said is actually true, it charged my credit card as well and did not book a room at all, total fraud, everyone be aware from this app unless you want to risk it, this thing doesnt even deserve 1 star from me, I dont even understand why they advertise a false advertising to make it looks like its a good app but its not, it will steal your wallet, you can even see the bad ratings and reputations it got, as I said, do yourself a favor and do not download this app, or you will help supporting them to fraud more people

Trivago is an up an coming company that is very similar to the other travel sites. Its safe, and does not in fact "charge your card and not book the room". Funny what people will do and say about other companies when faced with a threat. In other words the below reviews are paid reviews.
