trivago: Compare hotel prices App Reviews

Hardly ever leave reviews, but since Ive downloaded, restarted, quit, deleted, and re-downloaded this app it has yet to work or get past the welcome screen despite many minutes of waiting. The very first time I opened it, it worked but didnt load the maps or let me move forward with booking. Time to permanently delete!

App wouldnt even load. I dont have time for this.

Dont use this app and the site. They have no customer service number .. So if your transaction doesnt go through but your card was charged ( like mine) you have no one to reach out to. Stay away.. You were warned

Could not find even one place in Madison Connecticut What a waste, and also please change that drug addict guy in the commercial

App crashed everytime I want to select the hotel/room/chalet Right now using Safari to access trivago.com

Two updates in a row that dont tell us what youve changed with the update. If a change is worth putting out an update, please have the respect for your users to tell us what you changed! This app update gets rated two stars for keeping us in the dark yet again.

This app is just okay if you want a better app I recommend Travelocity it has more options and flights and car rentals:)

Very Satisfied! 2nd use it showed deal of the day. A great place to stay for a great price, all made from a block from the parking lot 5 minutes away. Went into the hotel and registered with no problems!

I was able to find them everywhere else but this app.

I just started using this app 4 days ago and have used it every day of our trip. It has saved me a lot of money! Really enjoy this app.

As a business traveler to a lot of small towns, I love that it pulls hotels, motel AND B&Bs. That will save me a lot of time. One feature I wish you would modify is the search area from the city center. I often travel between cities and the most desirable option could be 30+ miles from city center, of the destination I enter. Also, I noticed some cities I enter say they dont have any services. I think a broader area would be the answer to that issue.

Easy to use and search

When trying to do a search for hotels for a location the app give me totally wrong location information. For instance, put in Mount Morris, NY and you get Mount Morris Guesthouse in NYC along with hotels near Time Square!! Give me what I want not totally unrelated results.

This app does not work. I have been on the app for at least 30mins and my search button is still going. Worst app ever

I have noticed that almost all prices are incorrect. The app shows a price but when you visit the original link the price becomes 3 to 4 times higher than prices mentioned in this app.

Booked with this app for a hotel in Orlando and was scammed. I never heard of the site it directed me to but figured it was legit because they had it listed. Contacted trivago and got no response. Had to cancel credit card and get it reissued.

Very useful and very friendly to use . Excellent.

Got an error right away. Downloaded because of an ad on TV. High price.
